For the serious offroader, the Offroad Challenge Edition takes things to the next level with more light and accessory mounts. Fabricated from a 1" (25mm) Cold Rolled Galvanized Zinc Steel, there is no drilling required and the rack has 6 mounting points. The Voyager Rack has a 900lb capacity with .40mm thick round tubing that is prepped in an acid wash then zinc treated before powder-coated black. Fully welded by certified and trained welders, in the USA.
