Fabricated from a 1" (25mm) Cold Rolled Galvanized Zinc Steel, no drilling, and the rack has 8 mounting points for piece of mind. Voyager Racks have a 900lb capacity with .40mm thick galvanized steel that’s prepped in an acid wash and zinc treated before powder-coated black. Shipping dims: 90x55x8 WEIGHT 75lbs
